Ancient agreements and instructions established a harmonious, sustainable, and sacred relationship with all of creation. The reclamation of our ancestors healing ways restores and honors these ancient relations with plants, land, animals, waters, and spirits. As was foretold in ancient prophecies, restoring this Indigenous knowledge has the healing capacity for all life for the seventh generation to come.
Ancient wisdom passed on through the oral tradition for thousands of years gives us an opportunity to live with respect, reciprocity and sustainability with our plant relatives. As told in our stories, plants want to help us heal. These essential teachings give a larger understanding of our connection to the plants and spirits as well as the healing that they offer to us.
